Allow Yourself to Be Who You Actually Are
Reclaim the Right to Own Your Experience
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
— Carl Rogers
Our experience is that when a person is understood as they truly are, change happens naturally.
The therapist's role is not to direct or shape, but to provide a space of genuineness, respect, and empathy. Here, you can safely own your own experience.
Core Training Programs
Systematic support for your professional and personal growth journey
Two-Year PCA Systematic Training Program
Referencing the Person-Centered and Experiential (PCE) concentration within ISPP's Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program, designed by Wu Jin based on over 30 years of learning and practice.
This two-year journey covers theory, deliberate practice, group experience, and supervised practicum. We are carefully refining every detail, with an expected launch in late 2026.
Person-Centered Approach & Neurodivergent People Workshop
Neurodiversity is not a set of symptoms to be corrected, but a legitimate, minority way of being. This workshop does not turn the Person-Centered Approach into a "technique for neurodiversity" — on the contrary, congruence, unconditional positive regard, and empathic understanding may be exactly what neurodivergent clients most need and most rarely receive. Starting from the social model and the "double empathy problem", we practice how to accompany a world that differs from the majority's.
Empathic Listening Course (Cohort 6)
A skill-oriented course within the Client-Centered Therapy (CCT) framework. Beyond isolated techniques, we integrate empathy with congruence and unconditional positive regard. Within an accepting group atmosphere, participants explore the "internal operations" required to offer therapeutic listening.
Beyond Learning, It's About Connection
We are a vibrant learning community where you will grow together with fellow travelers.
WeChat Community
Since 2022, we have established a non-profit activity group. People invite friends interested in PCA to join, creating a unique interpersonal atmosphere for exchange, encounter, and connection. Some say it feels like a text-based encounter group.

Bi-Weekly Encounter Group
A non-profit, open online encounter group organized by Wu Jin, running since 2022. Every other Friday evening (Beijing Time), people meet here, hoping to allow everyone to be their actual selves. Check the WeChat group announcements for participation details.
